Depression
Feelings of sadness, loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed, changes in appetite — weight loss or gain unrelated to dieting, trouble sleeping or sleeping too much, loss of energy or increased fatigue, feeling purposeless, worthless, or guilty, having a hard time concentrating or making decisions, thoughts of death or suicide.

Anxiety
Feelings of nervousness, restlessness, or tension, having a sense of upcoming danger, panic or doom, accelerated heart rate, rapid breathing, trembling, feeling weak or tired, trouble concentrating or
thinking about anything other than the present worry, sleep problems, gastrointestinal (GI) problems, difficulty controlling worry, avoiding things that trigger anxiety.
Life transitions
Many people experience psychological and emotional struggles related to reaching a significant age or life stage or to unexpected life changes. They may endure feelings of grief, loss of identity, uncertainty, isolation, loneliness, lack of purpose, struggle adjusting to new situations, to name a few.
